Avery F. Garrett
Biology and design and technology teacher, Albany
- 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
- Andes Grammar School
- Since 1995
- English, Spanish
Andes Grammar School is my second home. I teach biology there since 1995, mostly the youngest children.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Avery
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me biology in 1999 at Andes Grammar School. I still remember the end-of-term party
