Helping people break into engineering
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Baobab Foundation
- Since 2015
- English
For eleven years I've mentored people in engineering and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Avery
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
