I taught computer science at Parramatta Public School in Parramatta from 1985 to 1997. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never turned anyone away.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Avery
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Avery: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
