Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States
- Dayton Foundation
- Since 2002
- English
For 24 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Avery
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Avery: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
