Helping people break into careers

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Victory Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Autumn
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2012. I still have your notes!
