Aurora McCoy
Local welding and thatching
- 🇺🇸 Kansas City, Missouri, United States
- Northside Shop
- Since 1999
- English
I've worked in welding since 1999. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,270 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Aurora
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Aurora: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
