I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,110 people through Nottingham Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Aurora
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Aurora: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
