Aurora Lynch
Volunteer mentor with Los Angeles Youth Network
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Youth Network
- 2000 to 2013
- English, Spanish
For 13 years I've mentored people in recovery and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Aurora
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Aurora: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
