Auma Rose Musyoka
Helping people break into careers
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Harmony Foundation
- 2012 to 2020
- English, Swahili
For eight years I've mentored people in careers and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Auma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Auma: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
