Auma Kyagulanyi
Self-taught sculpture artist
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Holy Cross Pottery
- Since 1996
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1996 at Holy Cross Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Holy Cross Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Auma
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
