Auma Halima Kamau

Rugby and fitness coach, Dar es Salaam

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Dar es Salaam Youth Club
  • 2017 to 2025
  • English, Swahili
I coached rugby at Dar es Salaam Youth Club from 2017 to 2025. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Auma

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Auma: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
