For 14 years I've run the gymnastics program at Dar es Salaam Oakwood Football Club in Dar es Salaam. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
