Audrey L. Rice
Jazz player and teacher in Columbia
- 🇺🇸 Columbia, Missouri, United States
- Columbia Orchestra
- Since 1979
- English
I play jazz and tabla. I started in 1979 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Audrey
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Audrey: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
