For ten years I was the religious studies teacher at Crown Secondary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
