Atsushi Kazuki Murata
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Shinjuku Music School
- 2014 to 2023
- Japanese
I've played traditional drumming from 2014 to 2023, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Instruments or styles
What gifts mean to Atsushi: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
