Atim Esther Wekesa
32 years teaching chemistry in Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- 1999 to 2025
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For 26 years I was the chemistry teacher at Kasarani Grammar School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Atim
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Atim: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
