Atieno Naliaka Athumani
Professor of materials science, Windsor College
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Windsor College
- Since 1978
- English, Swahili
My subject is materials science, and for 48 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Windsor College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Atieno: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
