Atieno Florence Juma
Economics and drama teacher, Likoni
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Likoni Primary School
- Since 1980
- English, Swahili
For 46 years I have been the economics teacher at Likoni Primary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Atieno
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Atieno: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
