Atieno Chebet Swai

Youth badminton coach and mentor

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Lakeview Sports Club
  • Since 2010
  • English, Swahili
I've coached badminton at Lakeview Sports Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Atieno

If you played for me, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.

You coached me in 2013. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Colombo.
