Atieno Beatrice Opio
Helping people break into careers
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Maple Ridge Community Trust
- Since 2017
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Maple Ridge Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Atieno
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Atieno: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
