Athumani Ouma Bakari
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
- Little St. Mary's Repairs
- Since 2017
- English, Swahili
My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 2017 in Dodoma and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
What gifts mean to Athumani: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
