Athumani Kiptoo Kyagulanyi
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Machakos, Machakos, Kenya

My trade is bicycle repair. I opened my own shop in 1992 in Machakos and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Athumani: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
