For 42 years I've run the martial arts program at Piraeus Community Club in Piraeus. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Athina: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Shubra.
