For 40 years I have been the statistics teacher at Patras Boys' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Athina
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Athina: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
