Athanasios Vangelis Georgiou
26 years teaching social studies in Thessaloniki
- 🇬🇷 Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece
- Crown Boys' School
- Since 2009
- English, Greek
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Athanasios: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
