I've been a nurse for 39 years, most of them in intensive care at Thủ Đức Community Hospital in Thủ Đức. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
