Asuka Yoko Takeda
Leadership mentor, Kawasaki
- 🇯🇵 Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan
- Crescent Learning Hub
- Since 1980
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,160 people through Crescent Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Asuka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
