I coached badminton at Casablanca Rosewood Football Club from 1998 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
