Asif Rahim Chatterjee

Embroidery and mural painting artist

  • 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
  • The Thane Pottery
  • Since 1986
  • English, Bengali
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1986 at The Thane Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at The Thane Pottery, which keeps me honest. I'm still learning every day.

More about Asif

I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
