Master of baking, now teaching apprentices

I've worked in baking from 1978 to 2006. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,320 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
