Mathematics and social studies teacher, Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Since 2003
- English, Bengali, French
For 23 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Lotus High School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Asif
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Asif: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
