I've played songwriting from 1989 to 2013, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ashwin
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
