Ashwin R. Babu
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Mount Pleasant Shop
- Since 1985
- English
My trade is carpentry. I opened my own shop in 1985 in Thane and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ashwin: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
