Helping people break into nursing
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- St. Mary's Community Trust
- Since 1983
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,850 people through St. Mary's Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
