Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India

- Since 2004
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Starlight Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ashok
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ashok: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first engineering job in 2006. I still have your notes. Truly.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
