Ashok B. Saxena
Volunteer mentor with Cardiff Community Trust
- 🇬🇧 Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom
- 1984 to 1993
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Cardiff Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ashok
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ashok: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
