Asher W. Byrd
Teaching mentor, Dayton
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States
- Dayton Foundation
- Since 2017
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in teaching and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Asher
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
