Asher P. Gray
First-generation students mentor, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Queensway Association
- 2001 to 2023
- English
For 22 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
