I've coached basketball at St. Joseph's Youth Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
