Asher A. Shelton
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
- Cedar Grove Shop
- 1983 to 2015
- English
I've worked in auto repair from 1983 to 2015. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,470 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Asher
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Asher: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
