Arturo N. Peña
Mentor in careers and trades
- 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Andes Foundation
- 2004 to 2020
- Spanish
For 16 years I've mentored people in careers and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Arturo
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Arturo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
