Arturo Jiménez
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇪🇸 Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain
- Valley View Foundation
- Since 1978
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,400 people through Valley View Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Arturo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Arturo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
