Baking, done properly
- 🇵🇱 Gdańsk, Pomerania, Poland
- Eastgate Shop
- 2012 to 2020
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Gdańsk, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
