I've worked in welding from 1981 to 2004. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,010 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
