I've coached baseball at St. Anne's Football Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Arthur
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Arthur: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
