Arthur Francisco Fonseca
Mentor in careers and engineering
- 🇧🇷 Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Kilimanjaro Mentoring Circle
- 1989 to 2000
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Kilimanjaro Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Arthur
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
