Arslan Farhan Tarar
Mentor in leadership and trades
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Lincoln Learning Hub
- 1985 to 2017
- English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 930 people through Lincoln Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
