I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 2,770 kids fall in love with the game.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Arnel
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Arnel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
