Armando N. Pérez
Children's librarian in Bilbao
- 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
- Riverside Public Library
- 1984 to 1995
- Spanish
For eleven years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Riverside Public Library.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Armando: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
