Armando E. Carrillo
Volunteer mentor with Highland Mentoring Circle
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Highland Mentoring Circle
- 1986 to 2013
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Highland Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Armando
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Armando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
